Reflection is a form of critical thinking based on sound knowledge and experience. Please reflect on the Jim Collins “Good to Great” videos from Part 1 to Part 7

 providing an overview of your own feelings, interpretation, reaction and knowledge relating it to cultural and operational leadership.

Students will post reflective observation of 700-750 words in length to the discussion board after viewing the assigned videos. Include two or three main ideas/concepts you found useful in the session, and why; what you may have learned in the video that may of use to you in future; issues that interested you, and that you will research more in-depth.
